Where We Deliver

We currently provide delivery services within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will normally be processed on the same working day. Orders received after the cut-off time, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Charges

Our standard UK delivery charge is £5.99 per order.

The applicable delivery cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas

Additional delivery charges may apply for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and other remote UK locations.

If you require delivery to one of these areas, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the available delivery options and provide a quotation where required.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch Updates

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

When your order is dispatched, we may provide tracking information or delivery updates where these are available from the courier.

Delivery Delays

We always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, but occasional delays can happen due to courier disruptions, busy periods, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to help you check its status.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
