Terms of service

Welcome to PremiumBathroom.co.uk. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website and purchasing products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Use

When using PremiumBathroom.co.uk, you agree that:

  • You are aged 18 or over

  • You will use the website for lawful purposes only

  • You will not attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our website or systems

We may restrict access to our website where these terms are breached.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and information displayed on our website are accurate.

Please note:

  • Images may be used for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product

  • Colours, finishes and appearance may vary depending on your screen or the product batch

  • Product specifications may be updated by suppliers or manufacturers

If you need specific product information before ordering, please contact us.

3. Placing an Order

After placing an order, you will normally receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been formally accepted.

We may cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Product availability issues

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions

  • Unusually large quantities or other circumstances requiring review

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may be changed or updated without prior notice

  • Payment is required when placing an order

  • We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors

If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we may contact you before processing it or cancel the order and provide a refund.

5. Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the following general timeframes:

  • Order handling: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery: 3–5 working days

These are estimated timeframes and delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, adverse weather, high demand, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, eligible UK consumers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about cancellation, return conditions, delivery costs and refunds.

7. Additional Delivery Areas

If you require delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, or other extended or remote UK areas, please contact us before ordering.

Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the destination and delivery requirements.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

This explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you browse our website, place an order or contact us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page and will apply from the date it is posted.
